A considered first setup

Build the business. Give payroll a proper home.

When a founder or a small HR team owns everything, payroll can become a last-minute spreadsheet exercise. Start with clear inputs, a reviewable calculation and an agreed approval calendar that can grow with your business.

Discuss your requirements
YOUR STARTING POINT

Make room for a better process.

A service designed around actual needs starts by understanding where the work gets difficult.

01

Your first repeatable process

Turn scattered salary changes, joining information and attendance into a defined set of monthly inputs.

02

Clarity before payday

Know what needs your attention, which exceptions remain open and when final approval is due.

03

A scope you can understand

Agree what is included, what your business retains and how extra work or a growing headcount affects the quotation.

WHAT WE CAN SCOPE TOGETHER

Practical support.
Clearly defined deliverables.

The proposal confirms the tasks, formats, locations and responsibilities included in your service.

Employee and salary setup

Organise employee master fields, approved salary structures and opening or year-to-date information where applicable. Agree a checklist for new joiners and exits.

Monthly payroll preparation

Consolidate the agreed attendance and variable-pay inputs, prepare payroll calculations and flag changes for review before the run is finalised.

Payslips and finance outputs

Prepare agreed payslips, payroll registers and payment instructions or bank files in the agreed format. Your authorised team approves and executes salary payments.

Statutory coordination

Identify the applicable information and responsibilities for PF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund and TDS within your agreed scope. Applicability and filing responsibility are confirmed during onboarding.

A WORKING RELATIONSHIP, WITH OWNERS

Know who does what.

This is a starting point for the conversation. Your final agreement sets out the exact responsibilities.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Have a requirement that is specific to your business? Include it in your quotation request.

Can we start if payroll is currently in spreadsheets?

Yes. Share the structure of your existing records during scoping. We will agree which fields, historical balances and supporting records are needed, and who will clean or validate them before transition.

Do you decide our employees’ salaries?

Your business decides compensation, policies and employee changes. Payroll Advisor processes the approved instructions within the agreed service scope and flags items that need clarification.

Will you transfer salaries from our bank?

Your authorised business team controls salary payments. We can prepare the agreed payment instructions or bank-file format; a file being prepared does not mean a payment has been executed.
