Local inputs. One coordinated process.

Keep every location in view, without losing the detail.

Multiple offices, sites or states can mean different input owners, cut-offs and statutory requirements. Establish a common monthly process while preserving the location-level information your HR, finance and compliance teams need.

Discuss your requirements
YOUR STARTING POINT

Make room for a better process.

A service designed around actual needs starts by understanding where the work gets difficult.

01

A clear location map

Identify employing entities, work locations, registrations and responsible contacts before defining the service.

02

Consistent input discipline

Use a common collection structure while documenting legitimate differences in policies or source systems.

03

Consolidated and local views

Agree which reports need a company-wide total and which need location, entity, department or cost-centre detail.

WHAT WE CAN SCOPE TOGETHER

Practical support.
Clearly defined deliverables.

The proposal confirms the tasks, formats, locations and responsibilities included in your service.

Location and employee mapping

Maintain the agreed entity, location and cost-centre fields and define how transfers or changes are approved and reflected in payroll.

Coordinated monthly collection

Set input owners and cut-offs for each location, consolidate approved files and track exceptions that need action before finalisation.

Statutory work by agreed scope

Review PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS requirements with reference to your applicable registrations and workforce. State-specific applicability, preparation, filing and payment ownership must be confirmed individually.

Reports for each stakeholder

Prepare agreed consolidated registers and location or cost-centre breakdowns. Identify the report recipients and approval trail before distributing payroll information.

A WORKING RELATIONSHIP, WITH OWNERS

Know who does what.

This is a starting point for the conversation. Your final agreement sets out the exact responsibilities.

GETTING STARTED

A handover you can follow.

We begin with an overview of your business and agree the scope before asking for the records needed to carry out the work.

Request a scoped quotation
  1. 01

Share an entity and location list, approximate headcount by location and your current payroll arrangement.

  2. 02

Review input formats, statutory scope and reporting requirements for each relevant location.

  3. 03

Agree local owners, consolidated sign-off and an escalation path before the first coordinated run.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Have a requirement that is specific to your business? Include it in your quotation request.

Is every state requirement automatically included?

No. The quotation and service agreement must identify the applicable locations and tasks. Registrations, filings, advisory work and payments are confirmed explicitly rather than treated as an unlimited bundle.

Can different locations have different input systems?

We review the available exports and agree a common collection format or a documented conversion process. A new technical integration is subject to separate feasibility and scope.

Can reporting be split by entity and location?

Tell us which views, fields and totals your team needs. We agree the mapping, formats and authorised recipients during scoping so reporting is designed around an actual decision or reconciliation.
