CLEAR INFORMATION. CONSIDERED SERVICE.
Privacy & your data
This notice explains how Payroll Advisor handles information shared through payrolladvisor.in.
Information you share
When you request a quotation, we collect your name, company, email address, contact consent and the service you want to discuss. You can also choose to share your phone number, workforce size and business requirements. Please share business contact details only; the website enquiry form is not intended for employee payroll records.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to you and prepare a service proposal. Giving contact consent relates to this enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or create a service contract.
How enquiries are stored
Enquiries are encrypted and stored in a private area of the hosting server, outside the public website directory. An on-screen reference confirms that your enquiry was saved. It does not mean a quotation or confirmation email has been sent. Where email notifications are configured, an email service provider also processes a business notification and a confirmation to the email address supplied, so the team can respond and you can retain your enquiry reference.
Cookies and technical information
The quotation form uses a session cookie and security tokens to protect submissions. The server also uses a hash of your network address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting systems may keep ordinary request and error logs. Your browser may cache website assets for faster loading. The website does not use advertising trackers or externally hosted web fonts.
Optional website analytics
When configured and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand public-page visits and actions such as opening WhatsApp or successfully submitting an enquiry. Analytics is optional: choosing Decline does not affect the quotation form or website. We do not intentionally send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, enquiry references, payroll data or URL query strings to Analytics. Google may process technical information such as browser/device details and network information under its policies. Analytics is excluded from the separate employee, client and vendor workspaces.
You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer when analytics is configured. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics tracking in this browser and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. Browser storage retains your preference. Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Contact us for questions or requests concerning information already collected.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp links open a separate service operated by WhatsApp. Opening a link does not send a message; you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages under their own policies. Please avoid sending employee records through these general contact channels.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete an enquiry, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing hello@payrolladvisor.in. Include your enquiry reference if you have it. We may need to verify your request. Where information must be retained for a lawful business or legal purpose, we will explain any limit on deletion.
Public articles and editorial contact
Blog articles are public. The blog has no comments, public accounts, subscriptions or reader uploads. Reading an article does not subscribe you to marketing. If you contact the editorial team, we use your message to address the question or correction. Do not include employee, client, bank or identity records in an editorial message.
Attendance illustrations and biometric information
The public attendance walkthrough uses fictional records and does not access your camera or location or collect face images, biometric templates or attendance records. A real employer attendance deployment is a separate service. Before enrolment, the employer and service provider must agree the relevant employee notice, lawful processing basis, permitted purposes, access roles, retention, deletion, grievance handling and processor responsibilities. This marketing notice does not authorise biometric collection.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry information for the time needed to respond, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting business discussion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the enquiry and any ensuing engagement; no automatic deletion period is configured by this notice. You may request deletion or withdrawal of enquiry-contact consent through hello@payrolladvisor.in. Restricted backups and legally required records may be retained where necessary.
Service providers, search and international processing
Hosting and configured email providers may process technical or enquiry information to operate the website. Search engines can index public pages and articles. Search Console is a site-owner reporting service; it does not add an advertising tracker to this website. WhatsApp, email and hosting providers may process data in other locations under their own terms. We do not sell enquiry information.
Privacy contact and concerns
Contact the Payroll Advisor team at hello@payrolladvisor.in for privacy questions, corrections, access requests, consent withdrawal or complaints. Use the subject “Privacy request” and provide only enough detail to locate your enquiry. We may verify your identity before acting and will explain any applicable limits. Material changes to this notice will be published here with an updated effective date.
Service engagements
Employee payroll processing requires a separate agreed service scope, access arrangements and data-handling terms. This website notice covers business enquiries and does not replace the privacy information or contractual responsibilities needed for an employer’s employee records.
