What Payroll Advisor delivers from the first handover to the monthly output pack
Payroll Advisor’s managed service brings the agreed payroll activities into a monthly process with clear inputs, review and employer approval. Before the first cycle, the practical task is to define the business setup, required work and the information each team must provide.
Our published base plan is ₹14,999 plus GST per month for up to 200 employees. It lists payroll and full-and-final processing, registration support, challan and return filings, taxation and TDS return support, payroll JV accounting, and client and employee portals. [1] The written engagement should confirm applicability and the details for your business.
Begin with the handover
We discuss entities, locations, salary components, attendance practices, existing systems and approval responsibilities. The opening records need reconciliation, including the employee master and relevant historical balances. A move from another provider should identify the last old cycle and the first new cycle.
The published transition approach includes an agreed parallel review before the regular monthly arrangement is established. [3] The purpose is to identify differences while they can still be explained, rather than discover them after employees receive a payslip.
Turn approved inputs into reviewable working
Your team supplies approved employee changes, attendance, variable payments and deduction instructions. Our published payroll scope covers the agreed salary setup, processing, variance review and preparation of final outputs after approval. [2]
For a fictional 150-person company, a useful review pack would make joiners, exits, salary changes and unusual pay movements visible. This is an example of the process to discuss, not a claim about a past customer or a promised result without an agreed scope.
Keep your business in control
Your authorised approver signs off payroll, and your finance team retains bank authorisation and funding responsibility. Preparing bank advice does not itself execute salary payments. The scope should also identify statutory funding, filing evidence and any unresolved actions. [3]
This separation gives HR, finance and the provider a clearer view of what is ready and what still requires a decision. It also makes corrections easier to trace to an approved instruction.
Agree the employee and client experience
The published product scope describes client and employee workspaces, payroll documents and related workflows. Public screens are illustrative and use sample data; operational access and deployment arrangements belong in the actual engagement. [4]
The optional attendance base is ₹4,999 plus GST per month for up to 200 employees. Above 200, the published ₹50 additional-employee increment also covers attendance when enabled, without a second per-additional-employee attendance increment. [1]
Finish with an output pack your team can use
Confirm the final payroll register, payslips, agreed payment advice, accounting and reporting formats, and relevant compliance handover. Keep the approval version, outstanding items and next actions clear.
To request a proposal, share your headcount, locations and current payroll process through our quotation page. You do not need to upload employee salary, bank or identity records for that first business conversation. The objective is a practical scope your team can understand before the service begins.
